At Apocrypha, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached to the clothing.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until we confirm receipt and process your refund.
